Ben Dougherty (he/they) is a musician and graphic designer based in Seattle Washington. Ben graduated from the University of Puget Sound in 2020 with a BA in Theatre Arts and an Interdisciplinary Emphasis in Humanities. His interests span the breadth of arts from literature, to film, to video games, to music but his practice and experience comes primarily in projects exploring music production, graphic design, and sound design. Over the years they've spent a great deal of their time performing in music groups, plays, writing music, recording musicians, making theatre, and designing marketing materials for each. In college Ben worked as a Technical Production Manager in the University's Concert Hall and since graduating, has been the graphic designer for both Seattle Athletic Club Downtown and Seattle Athletic Club Northgate. In their free time, they write, record, and produce music in various projects, enjoying both the therapeutic reflection of solo music, and the collaborative possibilities of group music. His ultimate aspiration is to collaborate with a creative team to develop soundtracks for indie games.
